Happy Monday, all! Today marks Day 17 in the Holiday Card Series for 2019. For today’s card, I used the Woodland Holiday stamp set [ SSS | AI ] from Art Impressions to do some coloring. I also paired the animals with snowflake dies from Simon Says Stamp
(Wondering what I used in this video? Everything is linked to multiple sources in the thumbnails at the end of this post, or in the text below. Compensated affiliate links used when possible).

I started by stamping three of the animals from the Woodland Holiday stamp set [ SSS | AI ] in Intense Black ink on white cardstock. Then I colored the animals using Copic markers. I then cut out the animals leaving a thin white border around them.
To create the scene to go behind the animals, I diecut a circle out of masking paper. I applied the window mask to a card base made out of white cardstock, and then ink blended Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide inks into the circle area.

Before adhering the critters to the card, I stamped the greeting from the stamp set in Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide ink. Then I used foam tape to adhere the critters to the card.
To finish off the area around the animals, I die cut the Rina Snowflake, Grace Snowflake, and Snow Flurries dies and adhered the snowflakes to the card.
Thanks for stopping by today! I’ll see you again on Wednesday for Day 18!
